Tasks and Responsibilities
- Opening and management of files.
- Preparation of estimates, invoicing, claims management, writing reports using infrared cameras.
- Efficient handling and response to emails, management of phone calls.
- Preparation of monthly account statements.
- Verification of subcontractor invoices and balancing of hours.
- Calling clients to obtain purchase orders.
- Administrative support to management, payment of invoices, check corrections, as well as any other tasks related to accounting and secretarial duties.
- Registration and verification of companies in accordance with CNESST regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Management of social media publications.
- Debt collection.
- Software skills – MS Office Suite
- 3 years or more of experience
- Bilingualism (French and English) is mandatory

Team Leader/Supervisor for Commercial, Industrial, and Emergency Post-Disaster Cleaning
Our company is currently seeking a full-time permanent Cleaning Team Leader to join our team. The position requires a minimum of 40 hours per week and a minimum of 3 years of experience.
The ideal candidate should be between 30 and 60 years old.
We are looking for a diligent, punctual, and dynamic individual who values high-quality work and customer satisfaction.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of multiple cleaning staff members.
- Accompany the team to client locations: assign tasks, participate in cleaning activities, and oversee the work of each team member.
- Provide training and work techniques to employees.
- On-site, respond to the best of your knowledge.
- Check the equipment used on the site at the beginning and end of the shift.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines for completing tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, trucks, and work area.
- Conduct evaluations of technicians and communicate them to immediate supervisor, if applicable.
- Work closely with project managers.
- Strip and wax floors.
- Carpet cleaning.
- Window cleaning.
- Post-disaster cleaning.
- Post-construction cleaning.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to handle stress.
- Skills in human resources management.
- Bilingualism (French and English) in oral communication.
- Teamwork skills.
- Time management and prioritization.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in commercial and industrial cleaning (5 years or more).
- Dynamic, diplomatic, responsible, positive attitude.
- Driver’s license for a van/truck.
